Walk Description:

This is your opportunity to have a go at Nordic Walking and discover just how beneficial it can be for you.Nordic Walking is more than just walking with poles. It is a total body workout that makes you feel lighter on your feet as the poles propel you forward. Nordic Walking is very flexible and you are able to walk at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Poles are provided for this 30 minute session. 

Location Notes:

Free Parking. No toilets or refreshment facilities available Except on Tuesdays 11.00-13.00 when there is a Community Coffee morning. Donations welcomed.
