Walk Description:

The aim of this activity is to have fun getting fit. This class is tailored to each individual so that it all abilities and fitness levels an take part together.  These sessions in great outdoors will bring lots of laughter whilst mastering new skills that will strengthen, tone and stabilise.

Location Notes:

It is Resident Parking only on Earls Avenue and Clifton Crescent but you can park for free on The Leas (turn right off Earls Ave by the Burlington Hotel)
