Walk Description:
This week only the walk is in Allestree Park due to the closure of Kedleston.
This walk will include a mixture of various paces, but at all times you should be able to talk, walk and get some exercise. Ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, but at the same time enjoy the social side of the walk.
A moderate paced Nordic walk.
Free to DD members, discounted to PAYG.

Please use your own poles if possible, however, we can loan them out to new members.
It is advisable to bring a water bottle or hydration pack for during the walk.
