Walk Description:

Come and sparkle with us on our last hurrah of 2023!

An ADVENTURE walk of approximately 4 miles with a pace of 18-20 min/mile

Mostly Gear 2 and on mixed terrain.

We will finish at The Wicked Lady for refreshments to celebrate a NEW YEAR!

If you need to hire poles, please email in advance.

There is a £2 hire charge to the walk leader on the day and pole hire subject to availability. 

CANCELLATIONS

You are free to cancel your booking using the booking system up to 3 days before the walk commences.

If you need to cancel your booking within 3 days of the start time of the event, you must contact Tracy Reeve by telephone on 07792 070286. Please do not remove yourself from the attendance list.  

Any refund will be discretionary and will be dependent on you contacting Tracy Reeve (or nominated deputy) in advance. If you are a Direct Debit member you may be charged the full walk price.

Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and you discuss any changes to your health or medication with your walk leader.  

Please also ensure that you have any medication that you might need with you for the walk.  

We would ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the walk so that you can get warmed up safely.

Meeting/parking at The Wicked Lady, Nomansland, St Albans AL4 8EL. Routes from this venue may include paved pathways, woodland footpaths, tracks and open fields and gentle inclines. LOW LIKELIHOOD OF MEETING LIVESTOCK Pub is open from 11am. Toilets available during pub opening hours
