Walk Description:

Nordic workout walks make every step count and ensure that you maximise the whole body benefits of your poles! Your Instructor will be trained to deliver strength and toning exercises plus work on all aspects of fitness.

These walks are for a active agers who are able to walk 3 miles comfortably and climb gentle slopes.

A Freedom Passport is required.  Poles can be rented for £2/walk.

Suitabe clothing and walking shoes/boots to be worn;  bring drinking water and perhaps a snack.

We will meet outside the Visitor Centre Car Park, next to Treetops Cafe, at Sale Water Park.
