Walk Description:

A more demanding Workout Walk, designed to challenge and push faster Nordic walkers, particularly on hills. This walk may include some (optional!) Nordic running. The route chosen will vary according to the weather, surface conditions, accessibility, the group’s fitness needs and simply for the pleasure of experiencing different parts of the beautiful space.

Nordic walkers with specific medical needs or those just starting out may prefer to consider the gentler Workout Walk running at the same time.
