Walk Description:
An evening’s Nordic Walk around Duffield, lots of variety and pleasant urban walking for the Autumn/Winter season.
Bring a headtorch and a high viz.
WALX speed guide:
Moderate walk - Gear 2/3 - Faster again using technique and with less recovery. 2.5mph-3mph+ (these are generally our Workout walks and Explorer walks)
