Walk Description:

Join us for this three day trip to Brecon Beacons National Park where we will enjoy Nordic Walking the wonderful open spaces and mountains in the Pen-Y-Fan range.

The cost of the trip includes the walking elements of the weekend with a mountain guide. You will need to organise / pay for your own accomodation and meals but I will offering suggestions.

 

Please note the itinerary is subject to change depending on weather, terrain, conditions and experience.

 

FRIDAY 14TH MARCH 2025

1pm   Meet for a low level woodland walk, approx 4 to 5 miles. Venue to be confirmed.

5pm   Transfer to accomodation

7pm   Meet for dinner

 

SATURDAY 15TH MARCH 2025

9am   Meet to begin our ascent of Pen-Y-Fan, Fan-Y-Big and Corn Du, approx 10 miles

5pm   Return to accomodation

7pm   Meet for dinner

SUNDAY 16TH MARCH 2025

9:30am  Depart accomodation

10am     Meet for a wonderful waterfall walk, approx 5 miles

2pm       Leave for home

 

ACCOMODATION   I have arranged for accomodation at Nant Ddu Lodge and Spa, just outside of Merthyr Tidfil.   Cost per room per night and inclusive of bed, breakfast and use of facilities:   Standard Single                  £129.00 Standard Double/Twin         £149.00  Superior Single                   £139.00 Superior Double/Twin          £159.00

IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE 30TH APRIL 2024 YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 1ST MAY 2024 AND 30TH SEPTEMBER 2024 YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS 15% ADMIN CHARGE.

IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 1ST OCTOBER 2024 AND 30TH DECEMEBER 2024 YOU WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND.

IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 1ST JANUARY 2025 THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
