WALX WALK on Plus

Walk Description:

Your qualified instructor will help you understand your current level of fitness and how to improve it. The Power of the Poles induction is suitable for all levels of fitness and will allow you to perform NWUK gears 1 and 2.  You will have an understaning of how to use poles both with and without straps.  On successful completion you will be issued with the NWUK Freedom Passport, allowing you to join walks throughout the Uk.

Poles are provided for your use.  You will need to wear suitable footwear and appropriate clothing depending on weather.

Location Notes:

Meet on the car park. Free car park. Nearest facilities are at the Visitor Centre, Walsall Arboretum.
