Walk Description:

This is a gentle walk for those new to exercise or for those who are recovering from injury This walk is designed to enable those who are recovering from injury or those who are new to exercise. You don’t have to be a Nordic walker as the use of poles is optional. We will concentrate on good walking technique and improving posture and balance.

Location Notes:

Drive to the very end of Mentmore Road, past the school and leisure centre, the car park is on the left.
