Have you heard the benefits of Nordic walking from Dr Michael Mosley? Come and experience this great exercise for yourself.
This session will be delivered by Martin Christie. Martin introduced Nordic walking to the UK in 2003 and has personally trained over 3000 instructors. Martin will introduce you to Nordic walking with the most up-to-date teaching from WALX.
In this 90mins session, you'll learn the basics of Nordic walking, gaining the skills to get the most from your own walking as well as being able to join national Nordic Walking UK and WALX classes. Locally, you'll be able to book into any of our Hampstead Heath Nordic WALX straight away and enjoy effective, total body walking in beautiful surroundings.
This is a great way to get started with Nordic walking, whether for health, fitness or simply exercising effectively outside. We will loan you poles so you just need to come dressed to enjoy the weather and the beautiful heath.

Location Notes:
Meet at rear of car park. Free car parking on site - just enter your car registration inside the pub. If car park is full, there is free on-street car parking on surrounding roads. If travelling by public transport, Spaniards Inn is a 1-mile walk from Hampstead Underground Station. The 210 bus stops by the pub, and runs from Archway tube station (12mins) or Golders Green tube station (7mins). Get in touch for more advice on location.
