Enjoy the beautiful scenery and private garden. Strengthen the mind and body with this is unique opportunity to learn two new skills, Nordic Walking and Mindfulness.
Enjoy being outdoors in nature, getting all the physical benefits of Nordic Walking while being introduced to mindful practices.
Many people want to try mindfulness but feel they are too busy to add something extra into their day. This course provides a great way to combine mindfulness, exercise and being in nature. We will learn how to build awareness, be present and enjoy the simple moments of life. Nordic walking requires concentration and focus and it is therefore ideal for finding that mindful flow state and practicing living in the now. It’s hard to be worrying about the past or future when you are focusing on your coordination and placement of your poles.
Nordic walking uses 90% of the skeletal muscle, burns up to 46% more calories than ordinary walking and reduces the pressure on knees and joints. Mindfulness reduces stress levels, improves wellbeing, increases creativity and helps you reconnect with yourself.
