Join MK Nordic Walking for a 'Special Event' with a difference - A Sunrise Walk at Stowe Gardens, nr Buckingham.
Experience 'For Your Tomorrow' at sunrise, 6.30 - 8.30am

The memorial installation consists of 1,475 silhouettes of World War II military personnel representing the British casualties on D-Day. Enjoy the silhouettes as the sun rises across Stowe. An experience not to be missed. CLICK HERE to find out more.
We have 10 FREE "Sunrise" tickets to this event (you can order your own via the National Trust website, subject to availabilty).
This is a walk, with poles or not, in to Stowe Gardens. Sunrise and Sunset admissions are by pre-ordered tickets only. This is what I have ordered for us.
*Please note normal National Trust Admission fees apply for this event, unless you are a National Trust or RHS member, then as usual, entrance is FREE. This is your responsibilty on entrance.
Please check with Emma if you have any questions regarding suitability.
Please make sure you have HI VIS and HEAD TORCH available on the walk
Location Notes:
*For this event ONLY, we are NOT using the usual Stowe National Trust car park. We have been advised to park at STOWE SCHOOL. What3Words: ///worldplay.hammocks.treat Directions: following the usual route to Stowe from Buckingham along Stowe Avenue, however, continue on the road as it bends to the left (away from the cattle grid and entrance to NT Stowe towards the arch) This is Dadford Road. Continue on this road for approx 1 mile, turn RIGHT at the STOWE SCHOOL main gate. Continue over the humpbacked bridge and past the security hub. Keep driving, past the school on your right, to the car park area. Parking here will mean we have a much shorter walk to The Grecian Valley and not thru the main gardens, which are not lit.
