Walk Description:

From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.

Today`s Walk:  We start at village square in Aldbourne and walk up towards Baydon and back via Marriage Hill.

This walk is a longer walk and is open to non-polers. If you would like to try poles please contact me in advance to arrange to borrow some of our strapless activiator poles.

Length and Grade: A 6 mile walk with some ascents and descents.

Location: Start at the car park by pond. Also parking near the library on other side of the road.

Notes: There are toilets at the start and cafes at the end. But bring enough water for 2 hours.

Location Notes:

Park in the square or in surrounding streets and meet in the square. Car share if possible as parking is limited with more people working from home. Public toilet available and also at the pub and post office.
