Walk Description:

Join us on our Wellness Walk as we take in the beautiful woodlands and heathland tracks & trails with links back into history, following in the footsteps of royalty as we walk ourselves fitter with or without poles

Come with us and explore part of King Henry VIII’s royal hunting ground along with paths that may have been taken by Princess Charlotte & her husband Prince Leopold of Saxe-Coburg and Princess Alexandrina Victoria, a young Queen Victoria

We meet in the far corner of the Horseshoe Clump car park, Portsmouth Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 9JP

There are no parking fees or facilities

Location Notes Esher Common is a Nature Reserve and is part of South West Surrey`s 890 acre Site of Special Scientific Interest There are a number of beautiful ponds and lakes on the Common, the largest of which is Black Pond which once supplied water for Claremont Gardens, now part of the National Trust
