Walk Description:

This sociable moderately paced walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside on the shprtest day and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors and celebrating the Yule Festivities

Our adventure pace walk starts in the dark (you will need a headtorch) from The Bedford Arms and as we walk we will welcome the sunrise.

We then continue our 3-mile walk, returning to the Bedford Arms for breakfast.

Please use this FORM (will be available nearer to the event) to choose your breakfast by 13th December. If you do not complete your menu choices I will assume you are not staying for breakfast. If you book after 13th December, please contact the Bedford Arms directly to order your food.

Nordic Walking Gear 2 Approximate pace 17-18 min / mile Approximate distance  3 miles       Approximate duration 1 hour Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who are comfortable with a moderate pace

You are welcome to hire poles – please email us to arrange this. There is a £2 hire charge payable to the walk leader on the day and pole hire is subject to availability.
