Walk Description:

Join Emma for a WORKOUT Nordic Walk at Aspley Woods. Strenuous Pace with some hill work! Workout Walk pace 6km p/hr to get the heart pumping!

PACE: 6km p/hr

TERRAIN: Woodland paths and hills

DISTANCE: approx 9km

Please arrive promptly, at least 10mins before the walk is due to start, so that walks can start on time.

CANCELLATIONS

You are free to cancel your booking using the booking system up to the start time of the walk.

Please bear in mind that the walk leader may have already left home and may not pick up a late cancellation in a timely manner.

If you are cancelling within an hour of the walk, please try to contact the walk leader personally to let them know you are not attending.
