Walk Description:

This session is more about strength and conditioning than walking, but still we walk with the poles between exercise stations. All exercises are optional but are designed to help with flexibility, balance and strength. There are no hills in this session.

Gear 1 - A nice, easy and natural pace that you can do for extended periods with recovery periods where appropriate. Short hills might be introduced. 

Gear 2 - A faster pace gained through technique. There will be less recovery time.

Remember to bring your own water and wear appropriate clothes for the weather on the day.

Location Notes:

On Foxcott Road, with Charlton Lakes on your right hand side, just after the chicane there is parking on your right. I will meet you there as close to the wooden bridge as parking allows.
