Walk Description:

This sociable moderately intense paced walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.

 

Nordic Walking Gear  2+ Approximate pace 16-17 minute/mile Approximate distance 3.6 miles Approximate duration 1 hour Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who have completed a Power of Poles 2 course and are familiar with Gear 3 those who are comfortable with a reasonably intense pace
