Walk Description:
An intense paced walk of approximately 4 miles with a pace of 15 min/mile, including a range of functional exercises to build strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Nordic Walking Gear 3 Approximate pace 15 minute/mile Approximate distance 3 miles Approximate duration 1 hour Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who have completed a Power of Poles 2 course and are capable of Gear 3 those who are comfortable with an intense pace those who wish to build additional strength and CV fitness
