A relaxing and immersive experience in nature, focusing on the sensory beauty and calming effects of autumn. The walk incorporates moments of mindfulness, slow walking, breathing exercises and pauses to take in the vibrant colours, textures and sounds of the season.

Are you tired, lethargic, lost or low? This workshop will give you tools of the forest to help you move forward.Do you want to learn new ways of deepening your connection to nature?  This workshop will help you to explore new avenues. Are you wondering what all the fuss is about with nature immersion?
