Walk Description:
Friday Cafe Nordic Walx - this is up to 2 hours and 5 miles often followed by a coffee at a local cafe or bring your own flask for an after walk coffee and chat.
Todays walk: starting at Marlborough and walking back towards Mildenhall by the water meadows and then up towards Stichcombe and the start.
Pace & Intensity: Fairly moderate paced walk suitable for most abilities.
Gradient: Fairly moderate at start but a climb up towards edges of the forest and then back down the road towards the start.
Miles: This walk is around 5 miles.
Notes: We can have our Friday cafe walk at one of the many cafes in Marlborough. PArking either at the long stay car park behund Waitrose or you can find some free parking along George Lane or at bottom of the Parade (2 hours only)
