Walk Description:

This sociable moderately paced walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.

Including a stop for refreshments at one of our local cafes enroute.

Please do allow 2.5 hours for this walk, depending on how long we stop.

 

Nordic Walking Gear  2 Approximate pace 17-18 minute/mile Approximate distance 4 miles Approximate duration 2.5 hours Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course  those who are comfortable with a moderate pace   those who prefer a longer walk

If you need to hire some poles, please email us to arrange this. There is a £2 hire charge payable to the walk leader on the day and pole hire is subject to availability.
