Delivered in partnership with WATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL, these gentle paced easy adventure walks are designed for people who are living with long term health conditions (and their carers) and who have completed either a POWER OF POLES INTRODUCTION course or our ARMCHAIR TO ACTIVE programme.

There is no reason you shouldn’t enjoy Nordic walking if you have long term health condition. But if you have any questions about whether it’s the right type of physical activity for you, speak to your G.P, specialist, nurse or other Health care professional.
