This sociable, gentle to moderate pace walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors,
Nordic Walking Gear 1+ Approximate pace 19 minute/mile Approximate distance 2-3 miles Approximate duration 1 hour Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who are recovering from illness, injury or who haven’t exercised for a while those who are looking to start moving into Gear 2
