Walk Description:

Autumn Nature Walk with Breath Work and Mindfulness - a series of 4 walks each Monday in November in 4 different locations.

Join us for a serene autumn walk through the autumnal landscape of the park, where the crisp air and the rustle of fallen leaves invite you to slow down and connect with nature.

As we walk along the paths, surrounded by the vibrant hues of orange, red, and yellow, we will pause for mindful breath work and grounding exercises, encouraging you to be fully present in the moment.

We’ll start the walk by gathering under the canopy of trees, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the changing season.

As we move, we will practice deep breathing, inhaling the fresh autumn air, and exhaling stress and tension.Throughout the walk, we will stop at peaceful spots to engage in guided mindfulness, focusing on the sensations around us—the crunch of leaves underfoot, the warmth of the sun, and the whispers of the wind through the branches. This walk is designed to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and awareness, helping you to reconnect with nature and yourself.

Suitable for all fitness levels, the pace will be gentle, with plenty of opportunities to rest, reflect, and simply be. By the end of the walk, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more in tune with the beauty of the autumn season.

You are also invited afterwards for refreshments in the café.

What to Bring: Shoes and clothing suitable for the weather conditions, Extras layers as we walk at a slower pace, and an open mind.
