Walk Description:
This will be an easy paced session in and around the scenic Sandringham country park.
We meet in the car park but if its your first time in Sandringham please call me on 07443421089 or (01553) 780226 co I will meet you at the visitors centre.
This will be an easy paced class and will include some interval training using 3rd gear and double poling.
These sessions are carefully designed to briefly take you out of your comfort zone so as your progression is maximised. The emphasis is always on the enjoyment. As you progress these little challenges will be adapted to your improved ability and capacity.
Location Notes:
This is the beautiful Country Park which forms part of the Royal estate. Much of it is wooded with some open areas with many miles of narrow and wide paths ideal for many hours of Nordic Walking
