Walk Description:

This walk will involve exercises during the walk also using exercise equipment. This will be a strenuous workout.   This walk is for those who want to really challenge themselves and up their fitness levels. It will involve strength and conditioning exercises using the trim trail around the water Park as well as exercise equipment

Location Notes:

Drive to the very end of Mentmore Road, past the school and leisure centre, the car park is on the left.
