Walk Description:

These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills, strength exercises, the use of nordic walking poles and other innovative fitness walking kit to help target the upper body too. Delivered by our fully qualified Instructors who will plan WALX that work on all aspects of fitness and make the most of being Outdoors!

To start the month join us for a walk with a difference.

We will work on our gears today and really push the poles to increase our heart rate and get us moving! Each week we'll add some extra drills or exercises mid walk to challenge your balance and stability or work on your strength and conidtioning.

Walk Location: Fyfield Downs - this will involve some hils as we walk towards the stones and back via the Devils Den - all in one hour.

Notes: Make sure you have some water and wear layers as you may get a bit hot on this walk!

Location Notes:

The car park (known as Gravel Hill car park on Google Maps) is found by turning right off the A4 on the Marlborough to Calne rd just after the Manton turn off - signposted Manton House and Hollow. Follow road for about a mile. The road turns sharply left and then turns to right. Just before the right hand turn is a BYWAY sign on the left - turn here and the car park is just to right behind the trees Please do not leave valuables in your car at this location.
