Walk Description:

This sociable moderately paced walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.  

 

Nordic Walking Gear  2 Approximate pace 17-18 minute/mile Approximate distance 4 miles Approximate duration 1.5 hours Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who are comfortable with a moderate pace those who prefer a longer walk

You are welcome to hire poles – please email us to arrange this. There is a £2 hire charge payable to the walk leader on the day and pole hire is subject to availability.

 

We will finish our walk at 9:30am ready for breakfast at The Boot.

Please make your choices for breakfast HERE by 28th DECEMBER. If you have not made your choices by 28th December I will assume your are NOT staying for breakfast.
