Walk Description:

 

An action packed one hour workout designed to help you to improve your fitness levels and gain FAST results.

Be prepared to push, pull, leap, run and skip!

Some circuits and motivating drills and exercises that will test you to the limits using your own body weight and poles. 

Please remember the currrent Covid Government guidelines that are in place and follow your instructors directions. 

Location Notes:

There are car parking charges at Avon Heath, £1.50 for 1 hour, £3.00 for 2 hours. Avon Heath is sign posted off the A31 at Woolsbridge Roundabout. Follow the road into the car park and meet by the Cafe.
