Walk Description:

Come and join us for this Explorer WALX.  We will venture into the beautiful areas around the Forest.  This 2-mile walk around the Forest is primarily on flat terrain but can be muddy on occasions. Allow 1 hour for the walk. 

Walkers must bring their own poles for this activity if using them.

Please do not book on for a WALX if you think you may have COVID, have the symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms. 

Feel free to bring a flask of something of your choice to have at the end of the session or there is an option to stop and have a drink at the Cafe.

Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and notify us in writing if you have any change to your medical records or physical or mental wellbeing. This should include any surgery, falls, knocks or accidents.

Location Notes:

Participants of these Nordic Walking sessions will receive a discounted parking rate of £3.00 This discounted rate will range from point of entry to 45 minutes after the session has ended. If you opt to remain on site after the allotted timeframe the full parking charges will apply
