Walk Description:

We are excited to welcome newcomers to Nordic Walking and the use of poles to exercise the whole body while walking.

In this 90mins session, your qualified instructor will help you understand your current level of fitness and empower you to use poles at the correct intensity in order to get the results you want.

At the end of this session you will have a full understanding of using poles correctly and will be at a level where you will be issued with the NWUK Freedom Passport. allowing you to join our walks and classes along with other WALX and Nordic Walking UK groups around the UK.

We can guide you towards the right walk or class to help you get started and advise you on choosing the right poles for you.

When joining us, we ask you to read and agree to the safety measures below.

ParQ questionnaire. Our new online new health questionnaire asks you to update your current health status. If you feel unwell between booking your class and joining us, please do not attend and cancel your booking. You will be recredited to book another date or a refund can be issued.

We will provide the poles as they are specially designed for Nordic Walking so no need to bring your own.
