Walk Description:

This is a stunning location with beautiful views of the New Forest!  We have a choice of walks, depending on the conditions, but some may be wet and muddy, so please wear your waterproof shoes!   The sessions consist of moderate Nordic Walking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, core muscle strength, posture, balance and flexibility.  

Walks will be between 1 hour and 1 hour, 15 minutes unless stated otherwise.

On the road that links the Burley Road to the B3055, between Longslade View and Horseshoe Bottom. See map on right.
