Walk Description:

This is a 3 mile walk along country lanes, hard tracks and a wooded path. It is 90% in the shade. There is a long steep hill at the start of the walk which is also in the shade, but thereafter the gradient is fairly easy.

Gear 1 - A nice, easy and natural pace that you can do for extended periods with recovery periods where appropriate. Short hills might be introduced. 

Gear 2 - A faster pace gained through technique. There will be less recovery time.  

Remember to wear appropriate clothes for the weather on the day.

Please park at the furthest end of the car park entrance.
