This intense paced walk is designed to improve your fitness fast and is a highly energising way to enjoy being active outdoors.
Nordic Walking Gear 3 Approximate pace 15-16 minute/mile Approximate distance 6 miles Approximate duration 2 hours Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who have completed a Power of Poles 2 course and are capable of Gear 3 those who are comfortable with an intense pace those who prefer a longer walk
