Walk Description:

Starting out near St Robert's Parish Church in Pannal, this circular route is largely on footpaths across rolling fields and forest tracks. The route picks up the Harrogate Ringway around Daw Cross, and back via the south of Burn Bridge. The last part of the walk is quite flat, along by Crimple Beck, giving chance to wind down a bit after the inclines (worth it for the views!) before returning to Pannal. The route includes some stiles. At 4.3 miles, the walk takes about an hour and three quarters (building in time to take in the stunning views!).

Location Notes:

Park along Crimple Meadows, off Main Street in Pannal, opposite the Parish Church.
