Our Nordic WALX are graded so please take a look at the intensity levels indicated in the class details.

The Sunday Social Nordic WALX is of easy intensity and at a relaxed paced walk.

 

 

If you feel unwell between the time of booking the walk and attending please err on the side of caution and cancel.
