Start your journey to better health and fitness with the Friday Frolickers Health Walk!

Ideal for Beginners: Perfect for those building up to longer or more vigorous walks, or anyone with health concerns. Health Benefits: Members have reported reductions in blood pressure, improved breathing, better balance, and an overall boost in wellbeing. Fun & Social: Enjoy exercising in the fresh air while having fun and connecting with others.

GETTING THE BEST VALUE

You can do an unlimited number of Health Walks for as little as £12.00 per month. This works out at £3.00 per session if you attend, on average once a week and £1.50 if you come twice a week.
