Walk Description:

The class will involve gentle movements, initially lying on the floor. These will help to 'reboot' your nervous system into organising a more efficient 'posture'.

Please bring a mat/blanket to lie on.

Please do not attend the class if you have had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 48 hours or you are feeling unwell.

Location Notes:

Cumnor URC, Leys Rd, Cumnor OX2 9QF The hall is behind the church. Please park by the village hall at the end of Leys Road. The church is about 100 yards into Leys Road at the west end of High Street. From the A34 at the Botley interchange take the A420 south signposted Swindon and then the second exit on the A420 to Cumnor after about two miles. At the end of the slip road turn right, then in a few yards turn right again at the T-junction onto the B4017, going over the A420 and left into Cumnor village. Enter the one-way system past the Vine pub and continue into High Street with St Michael's Church on your left. Go over the mini-roundabout taking the right fork; after three hundred yards there is a sign pointing to the United Reformed Church. Turn left from High Street into Leys Road - the Village Hall is on the corner. You will then see the church on the right-hand side of the road.
