Walk Description:

Where will todays walk take us? A circular route around the beautiful area local to Caton using a mixture of footpaths, riverside paths, quiet country lanes, woodland paths and fields.

Regardless of the route chosen you can be certain to enjoy both the company and the country air.

Important information:

• Distance: 4 miles • Terrain: Varied – footpaths, riverside paths, woodland, fields, quiet lanes • Stiles: Yes dependant on the route chosen • Car Parking: Free parking at Bull Beck Picnic Site • Toilets: public • Meeting Point: Car park

POLES: If you need to borrow poles please let Sally know when booking.  All poles will be cleaned before and after use, and straps will be washed after every use.

• Please dress appropriately for the weather. • Supportive shoes / trainers with a good tread that you are happy to get dirty. • Don’t forget waterproofs, sun cream and bug spray if necessary along with any medication that is needed. • A small rucksack rather than shoulder bags please as you will need both arms to be free.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the walk can be made on the Exercise Anywhere booking system. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will not be refunded and cannot be made using the booking system. Please contact Sally by text of phone on 07546561772 to cancel.

IMPORTANT:

Face coverings are optional. However please bring one with you in case they are needed. It is also advisable to bring a small bottle of hand sanitiser with you.
