Walk Description:

Leaden Boot recce, 20 miles, 7 -8 hours

Start and finish in Alstonefield.

Meet at 8.15 for a 8.30am start

Route will go to the Manifold river crossing were we pick up the Leaden Boot route to Grindon.

From there we walk via Wetton Mill, Sheen and Sheen Hill, Pilsbury, Hartington back to Alstonefield. This should be a walk in a steady pace. With hopefully not too much mud.

Bring a backpack with drinks and snacks/sandwiches. We can have a short stop in Hartington before we start our last leg to Alstonefield.

This walk will be the same as on Saturday 26th April
