Walk Description:

 

This is a circular walk, requiring stamina for the short hills and mostly on gravel tracks.  This walk includes a steady incline from the start and several longer hills through wooded areas.  Great for building stamina in gear 2 and 3 this walk incorporates healthland tracks on the return route.  4.5 miles.

Location Notes:

Parc Pale is situated round the other side of Bolton's Bench, along the Beaulieu road from Lyndhurst, adjacent to a large disused sand pit.
