Walk Description:

Learn to Nordic Walk Course: 4 x 1-hour sessions 

The sessions take place outdoors so please check the forecast and dress for the weather.  Good footwear is important so walking shoes, sturdy trainers or flexible walking boots are all fine.

Remember to bring water or snacks if required.  

Session 1 covers the following:

Introduction to, and familiarisation with, the equipment and techniques

Poles will be provided.
