Walk Description:

Join us for a gentle Wellness session in  beautiful surroundings. We love to chat and get ourselves fit for life!

The session incorporates 20 minutes of gentle balance, mobility and strength. We also do a slow walk for about 20 minutes taking in the views of Poole Harbour.

Suitable for people wanting to improve their fitness, and age well: those with  limited mobility, recovering from health issues or surgery, or just wanting to do some gentle outdoor exercise

Park at the far end of the car park, and we meet under the large oak tree on the left side ( close to Tea Rooms and toilets)
