Walk Description:
This is a friendly and popular Nordic walking Group for those who have completed a Power of Poles induction course. We explore the forest trails in Delamere Forest and covering (2-3miles )It is a sociable walk at a slower pace than the Monday walk but faster than a wellness walk. This allows us time to chat, take in our surroundings and discuss flora, fauna and historical snippets.
