Walking with poles is a low-impact activity that’s easy on the joints and provides numerous benefits:

Part 1: Learn the basics with strapless poles, and proper posture. After completing Part 1, you can join our regular WALX programme for ongoing sessions. Part 2 (Optional): Take your skills further with advanced techniques.Don’t wait—book now and experience the power of poles for yourself!
You can do an unlimited number of walks and exercise sessions, including online classes for as little as £25 per month. This is as little as £3.12 per session if you attend twice a week.
Location Notes:
Between the 1st March to 31st October (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 2.00 pounds per hour. Between the 1st November to 28th/29th February (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 1.20 per hour. There is free street parking on the side streets. We meet outside of the East Beach Cafe so allow time for parking.
