Walk Description:

This is a Gear 2 walk, longer in distance but a less demanding gradient and compliments the shorter steeper Gear 2 walk scheduled earlier in the week. This walk is just under 5 miles takes about 1.5 hours. There are some longish inclines and a couple of steeper ramps. The walk is along country lanes, grass tracks through open countryside and wooded tracks. 

 Gear 2 - A faster pace gained through technique. There will be less recovery time.

Please park at the furthest end of the car park entrance.
