Walk Description:
Join Nicola for a moderate 3 mile walk from up to Swyre Head, the highest point in the Purbecks and stop at Heavens Gate.
Starting from Sheep Pen car park near Kingston we walk along the lane and up to Smedmore Hill, and with light allowing there is a lovely view across Kimmeridge from here. We then follow a field across and up to Swyre Head.
We then decline back to the carpark through a field, where we often see deer and maybe other wildlife.
Please wear suitable walking shoes & bring water.
No stiles, some uneven terrain and mud if recent rain and some inclines.

Location Notes:
Take the right into Kingston past the Scott Arms and carry on up the hill bearing right. Go past Houns Tout Car park and keeping going straight until you reach a small car park next some woods on the left hand side. It is signposted SHEEPS PENS car park
