Walk Description:

This session is designed to fast track your fitness gains. It may be hills, speed reps, exercises or a mixture of all of those! Don't be put off by the title - this is about personal challenge and you can push yourself as much as you wish. If in doubt get in touch with Caroline for advice.

Please note - you can cancel online up to 24 hours before the walk but must contact Caroline directly if it's nearer to start time than this. Unfortunately, refunds are not allowed after this time. Likewise, please text as well as using the online system if booking on at the last minute - we don't want to go without you! Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow a prompt start.

Location Notes:

Please drive carefully in either direction as it's easy to miss. It's almost opposite Horsforth Lane.
